Name: Nikki & Dan Orsborne Date: 02-22-10 - Stoneyfield Labradors is a breeder of quality and commitment, who hand-raise their puppies with love. Our Chocolate Lab, Thor, was born in August 2008 to Clyde & Chloe.  He is a big, beautiful, well-mannered boy who is an integral part of our family.  We cannot imagine life without him!  Not only did we get a fabulous dog, we have also gained a valuable friendship with Deb & Bud (Beckett).  The Becketts are always happy to hear how the dogs are doing once they have traveled to their new homes.  We are proud to have chosen Stoneyfield Labradors as our breeder. 

Name: Elizabeth Parsoneault Date: 03-03-10 - We stumbled across Stoneyfield's website 2 years ago while researching lab breeders in the area. We took a leap of faith and picked up our lab, Josie, 3 weeks later. It was by far, the best decision we have ever made. Josie was born April 08' to Bo and Ryka.  She is a beautiful dark chocolate sweetheart with a carefree and easy going temperament. I don't know what we ever did without her! Deb and Bud are genuine, kind people who have a passion for these small bundles of fur. They hand raise their puppies so that they easily adapt to their new families. My parents were so impressed with the Beckett's, they picked up their chocolate lab, Felix, in January!  

Name: George and Suzanne Kypros Date: 08-14-10 - In the spring of 2008, our older chocolate lab of 13 years looked like she was on her way out and the thought of not having her around was extremely painful.  To ease the pain of loss we decided to get another chocolate lab.  We were being very selective and didn't want a dog from a puppy mill.  Somehow, we came across Stoneyfield Labradors' website and saw all the cute puppies, from Bo and Ryka, that were available for adoption.  After reading on how Deb and Bud Beckett personally raise their pups to fit in nicely with their new families after adoption we decided this was where we were going to get our next dog.  We picked out a pup and two weeks later drove all the way from Michigan to pick Mocha up.  We could not have asked for a better dog as Mocha has such a wonderful personality and temperament and blended in very well with our older lab and two cats. Two years later, our older lab is still with us and the two dogs just love each other.  We are one big happy family. 

Name: Sharon and Charles McNulty Date: 2-2-11 - We became a blended family in November of 2009, we were all so happy with our new life together.  But for me, I felt we were missing something.  I had lost my lab mix 3 years prior and longed for another one.  My husband did not want another dog, because of how he felt when he lost his dog when he was a kid.  Over the months we talked and finally he said ok you can have a dog, but it has to be a lab.  I was elated. I hopped on the internet that day looking up breeders that's when I found Stoneyfield.  I had never heard of a silver lab, and was in love at first site with the silver coat and blue eyes.  I contacted Deb and put a deposit down before I even saw the little guy. He was the last one, how lucky I was, because when I finally saw the fat little butterball I knew he was it.  We picked him up May 8^th, 2010 two weeks after we closed on our home in the mountains  that is surrounded by state park with Laurel Hill Creek running through our back yard.  Riley who is now 10 1/2 months, and 92 lbs is our pride and joy. He has the best temperament I have ever seen in a dog. He has a mischievous side to him, but that is what makes him fun. He loves to play the catch me if you can game. When we get to the house off with his collar and away he goes.  He does not stray, he stays in the yard except for a cool down in the creek when it's hot, and he walks great off leash and all with no training. So smart!  He loves everyone, both people and dogs. He has lots of friends that come by and visit on the weekend. Such a social butterfly! When he does things he shouldn't like pulling the insides out of the kids stuffed animals or shredding the role of toilet paper, we can't stay mad at him because he is soooo cute! He moves his eyebrows one goes up and the other down it is funny to watch. Our Riley is not perfect, but he is my boy who I love with all my heart and he loves me too.  I am greeted everyday with a toy and a major butt wag. It doesn't matter how long I am gone 5 minutes or 4 hours, it is the same happy greeting all the time.  And oh how that makes me smile. My husband admits he brightens our day. He is well loved here.  Thank you Bud and Deb, for making our family complete.

Name: Peggy Keis & Anthony Nelson Date: 10-5-11 - In April 2011, when talking about finally getting a dog and exploring our options we found Stoneyfield's website and they just happened to have a litter of silver labs that would be available to go home the next month! We emailed Deb and Bud and made the 4 hour drive to visit the puppies the next morning! After the perfect happy greeting of kisses from Brutus' amazing mom, Maggie, we met the puppies and knew Brutus was our guy right away. Deb and Bud were kind enough to keep our little guy an extra 2 weeks since we had a vacation planned.  The minute we got Brutus we knew he was one of a kind - we have never met a dog with such a great temperament! He is a bundle of love and will snuggle with anyone anytime.  We can't go on walks without someone stopping to say 'hi' now because everyone in our neighborhood knows and LOVES Brutus! We've had Brutus for about 4 months now and we are so happy and could not imagine our lives without him! Deb and Bud do a phenomenal job raising the puppies and have such a love for dogs - we are so happy to have found Stoneyfield!!
